Was doing research on Pineapple knot – the more I read the more I realize Pineapple knot is actually a variation knot that formed base on Turk’s-Head Knot. And yes you guess it right, we all think about Loren Damewood when it came to Turks’-Head Knot, and hey, we’ve exchanged several conversation last year! So again I looked-up in Google, and followed the link to Loren’s website. It’s not hard to find Loren at all (I added Loren in Facebook, you should too!) I read through his site, and visited his details page, and identified mine as 3 strains, 4 bights and 5 leads Turks’-Head Knot! (Loren’s are at least 7-9 bights? I don’t know how he made those, he sure is the master of this knot!)
So visit his website to find out more details – I am not sure if he has the exact same knot as mine, but I am sure you will be totally benefitted from that amount of knowledge-bases articles available in his website home.

I am having GREAT time deciding which pair of earrings I should be wearing every morning after cutting my hair short – the amount of fun I had even restored my creativeness!
So, this is a Two-In-One design, and I named it as Chic-Choc Knotted Earrings - don’t know where the name came from, but that’s what I had in mind! And I am truly thrilled with the result. Wear it in Chic design in day time, and pull to transform it into a long, slim and sexy Choc design, good to go with any outfit – it made me think that may be I really am quite good in creating LOL!!!

Did I tell you I always thought Ashley Greene is such a sweetheart? Gosh she is just… too gorgeous, too sweet! Sigh why can’t we get the chance to wear like that to school when we were younger? It takes a long while to find what looks good on us isn’t it? I wished I had the wardrobe of hers, I wished I had the fashion sense of whoever that’s putting these clothes on her, I wished we had the weather for us Malaysian to wear like that!!!
Time to watch Twilight for the 67th times. Eeek!

Went for a spin, GTR certainly is a damn fast car. I laughed out loud when the car overtook all other cars in just a split seconds – effortlessly.
Human being are hard to pleased – this car is selling at approximately RM 700,000 over here! Considering people here and people in the U.S. are earning on a dollar to dollar basis, would you spend USD700,000 over this car? And yet, I laughed like a kid that’s finally get to play something interesting when I was in it – that said, I “need” a toy that would cost 700grand to make me happy!

Tada – a sneak peak of the Xie-Brios tutorial!
So you wonder what’s so special about this knot? Well unlike the usual way which we will thread the wires through the drilled-hole and then coil on to to decorate it for a bit, the set of coils were created prior the knot is form, and as you pull the wire-tails outwards, the coil-sets will go inwards, getting closer with each other. The tutorial also include a set of instruction on how to get the measurement right.
I will try this for a round bead next time around. :)

I am never good at wrapping briolette, so I use jump-rings to hang those brios this time, and I (honestly) never good at naming my design(s) – “Leah” was the first name that came into my mind after I am done with this pair of earrings. Yeah, it’s from “Twilight” (again), the female-wolf that Sam left behind after he met his imprint girl. I guess the leaf-like shape of the earrings contribute a little on the idea of naming it after “Leah”.
It’s blue obsidian teardrop beads by the way.
