I always end my E-mail with “would you mind telling me how you found me…”
And often I’d get a reply from customer. Here’s a reply from a customer that got the $25 for Any Three Tutorials Package from me, that got me into thinking:
“ Hi Corra- thanks very much for the quick file transfer-- I can't wait to try each tutorial! I found you on Etsy, originally through a search for *censored*, and when I discovered your Pip (PIPA) Earrings I took a look at the other items in your shop and discovered the tutorials. I love, love, love to learn new techniques, and wire work is one of my favorites.
Although I have not yet followed the tutorials step by step, I did read through them and they seem very well written and easy to follow. The large pictures are terrific for me (I am a visual learner), and I do appreciate your offer to assist if I have any trouble.
