Vickie mentioned that these earrings are actually inspired by a rainbow colored necklace she saw at a store that sells her pieces, and she couldn't afford the necklace so had to make these earrings as her consolation. There's a bit of repetition to this earrings, so once you get one tier, it's easy to put the rest of this together. List of tools and materials are included!
